Probe Head

CMM Style: Manual and DCC

The PH6M is a fixed head with an autojoint connection that is compatible with multiwired probes SP25, OPT6M and TP7M. TP20 touch probes can be used with the use of the TM25-20 adapter.

With the use of the TM25-20, standard M8 mounting touch probes can be used. When using the TM25-20 adapter, the system is compatible with the MCR20 and SCR200 stylus change racks.

Probe Extension Kit A-1047-7005

A probe extension between the head and the touch probe is used to probe deep features. The M8 thread accepts TP2, TP20 and TP200 probes. The kit contains three lightweight bars made from Aluminum.

MCR20 Stylus Change Rack

CMM Style: DCC

The MCR20 stylus module changing rack provides rapid automatic change of modules without the need to re-qualify. Rack functions completely passive not requiring electrical connections. Installation and set up is simple with the aid of a set-up routine in Geomet properly locating the rack within the machine coordinates. The rack is mounted on a stem that is designed with built-in over travel that serves as crash protection.

The MCR20 comes with two modules (6 position rack). The rack can be configured for 2, 3, 4 or 6 ports which are covered with protective docking plates to shield the modules from dirt and debris.
